Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Every paid user license includes 5 forms, 2,000 responses per month, and 1 GB of storage. You can purchase additional responses and storage as needed. The Team plan includes 4 user licenses with shared resources.

If you approach your monthly response limit, we'll notify you via email. You can purchase additional responses at ₹5 per response (or $0.06 internationally). We never automatically disable your forms without warning.

Each license includes 1 GB of free storage for file uploads and attachments. Additional storage can be purchased at ₹100 per 10 GB (or $1.20 internationally). Storage is shared across all your forms.

AltX Coins are used for advanced analytics features like AI-powered insights, sentiment analysis, and custom reports. Coins are deducted from your wallet based on usage. You can purchase coin packages separately from your subscription.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all annual plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime but are not refundable.
